Dismantling solutions
Recycling composite materials poses a major challenge due to their complex structure and composition. We address this challenge by offering recyclers the opportunity to revalorize high-quality materials, thereby generating value while minimizing environmental impact.
At the heart of innovation
Recycling composite materials is a real challenge for the industry, due to the variety and complexity of their components.
At ADN, we see this difficulty as an opportunity to transform practices and offer a new vision of the recovery of end-of-life composites.
We rely on our scientific research to address the technical challenges of recycling composites, while actively contributing to the circular economy.
Cutting-edge technology
Unlike traditional grinding or black mass generation methods, our technology reinvents the recycling of composite materials through chemical processes.
Designed to treat so-called "sandwich" structures, this unique approach allows dismantling without direct mechanical action, thus preserving the integrity of the materials.
The recovered materials retain their original properties and are ready to be reused in new applications, providing recyclers with a raw material to revalue.
The machines
We are proud to announce that our dismantling machines, currently being conceptualized, will be available for pre-order from 2025.
Designed to meet the varied needs of recyclers, these machines will come in several sizes, adapted to the type of materials to be dismantled.
Each model will be specifically designed to optimize the processing of different types of composites, allowing maximum flexibility and efficiency in the recycling process.
Whether you have lightweight structures or more robust composites, our range of machines will be able to adjust to your requirements.
